Serenus accepts cash and cheque. All prices are posted in Canadian dollars. Sessions may be subject to sales tax (HST).

Refund Policy

Multi-session Passes are not valid until payment is received in full. There is NO REFUND in whole or in part on Multi-Session Passes or individual sessions.

Hold Policy

Multi-session Passes must be used within the stated term. Serenus does not offer extensions/holds on the expiration date of multi-session passes.
